Blood Borne Pathogens: Preventing Disease Transmission

This class educates employees on how diseases are transmitted.  Additionally, employees will learn how to recognize, report, and follow up on exposures within the workplace.  It will also enlighten workers on how to reduce the chances of contracting such infections as HIV and HBV.

Course length: 2 Hours
Limited to a maximum of 20 Students

These modules are designed to make employees more aware of taking safety precautions on the job.  Have your participants bring their lunch while one of the following topics is taught:

• Ergonomics
• Healthy Heart
• Stress Management
• Workplace Violence Awareness
• Back Injury Preventions
• Slips, Trips and Falls

Course length: 1 Hour per module
